Every image you see in these pages was first an idea in the wonderfully imaginitive mind of Marvin Hill. Each one was hand drawn and carved by Marvin, who moved on from this life in 2003, and they are still being printed and painted by his wife and partner Wendy. Together, they participated in Fine Arts Festivals and gallery exhibitions for 15 years together, and their unique work continues to win major awards across the country.

Since Wendy hand paints each piece using watercolor, she can even custom paint any image to your specifications!

All materials used are museum quality, from the paper and inks, to the matting and framing. Most pieces are framed in a black Nielsen metal frame, which both compliments and yet doesn't intrude upon the image. If you have other frame styles in mind, Wendy is more than happy to work with you to find the perfect match.

We believe you will find the humor and the intelligence in this body of work that its creator intended. Marvin was a unique individual, and his art still is remarkable.

Some of Marvin's blockprints are one-of-a-kind, but most are printed in editions of between 10 and 75. Therefore, all orders are subject to availability. Since Wendy hand colors each blockprint, there may be subtle to dramatic color variations. Some colors appear differently on your computer screen. Please be specific about any color preferences, and allow 2 to 6 weeks for delivery.
